The webinar will roughly touch on the following five main elements:

• Understanding positionality, both yours and others
• Establishing norms that help to create an environment where group members can bring their full selves to the dialogues and interactions
• Thinking about challenges -- many occur when positionalities are not understood and there is relatively low levels of critical consciousness in the group
• Using dialogue as a tool, which increases critical consciousness and critical reflection, especially when there's an established framework for effective dialogues and interactions
• Assessing the established norms or codes of conduct
